dNTPs mixes (deoxynucleotide triphosphates) are essential components in PCR reactions as they provide the building blocks for DNA synthesis. The dNTPs are sold in sets of separate dNTPs or in ready-to use mixes of 10 mM or 25 mM concentration. The quality of dNTPs used in PCR can significantly impact the success of the PCR results.
